About Us
Helping Hand International Ministries operates in Uganda, Myanmar, and worldwide, committed to supporting children, families, widows, and the destitute. The Helping Hands International Project, together with partners like you, responds to the cries of injustice and pain in communities. It is our desire to express God’s love through both word and deed. In many practical ways, we provide a home, food, education, clothing, and medical care to orphaned and abandoned children, primarily in Uganda and Myanmar. We believe that each person is uniquely created and, with a little support, can rise above their circumstances. Through words of hope, education, skills training, and practical assistance, we aim to transform the lives of widows, the destitute, and others—helping them believe that they, too, were created for a special and unique purpose in life.

Educating children in slum areas requires a multifaceted approach that addresses their unique challenges. By providing access to quality education, proper nutrition, and healthcare, we can empower these young minds to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
Casey Kropf Rehabilitation Foundation
Families and youth living in slum areas face numerous challenges that threaten their well-being and future. Addressing these challenges requires a comprehensive approach that includes education, psychological support such as counseling, economic empowerment, health and wellness programs, and active community engagement.
RECENT STORIES
Our charity has recently achieved significant milestones, including providing emergency food relief to flood-affected families, partnering with schools to supply educational resources, and launching a support program for survivors of domestic violence.
